We will always arrive on time. We will have all of your pre-selected music ready to go on your wedding day,
provided that it is sent to us no later than 24 hours before the start of your special day. We will make you
our #1 priority on your wedding day. We will use all client communications to mold our services to your
needs and specifications, however, should there be an issue with our services, proper notice must be given
to us so we can remedy the situation whether it occurred before your wedding or during your wedding.
Refunds:
Should any efforts put forth by Elegant Proposals Entertainment fail to remedy the issue, you may
be entitled to a refund. Any refund request must be made in writing within 24 hours from your wedding
date. The actual amount of the refund may be negotiated up to the full amount of your payment. The final
decision will be left to Elegant Proposals Entertainment. Upon acceptance of any such refund, our contract
shall become null and void and the client shall have no further legal recourse against Elegant Proposals
entertainment.
Exclusion:
One exclusion from the guarantee is the dance portion of the night as it pertains to just how
many of your guests are dancing. No entertainer can ever guarantee that they can get 100% of your guests
up and dancing 100% of the time, no matter what. We are proud of how many people we can get to the
dance floor at every wedding we entertain, however, there are always guests who would rather converse
amongst each other and enjoy listening to the music rather than dancing.
